1. Copy the text or image you want to send to Evernote
2. Select the Mail Link to this Page option
3. Select your Evernote email address (Find your Evernote email address here)
4. Paste the text or image and click send

It works…it’s great, i’m starting to really use the itouch to relieve some brain ache
